By using this site, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using house-conservatives.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. House Conservatives (FEC ID #C00695981) operates this Site to inform, organize, and connect grassroots Republicans with critical House campaigns. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
- Use automated systems to access the Site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
Donations
All donations are processed securely through WinRed. By making a donation, you confirm that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- The funds are your own and not provided by another person or entity
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are not a federal contractor
House Conservatives is organized as a Hybrid PAC with a non-contribution account (Carey account). Federal contribution limits apply to the contribution account; the non-contribution account may accept unlimited contributions used solely for independent expenditures. Contributions are not tax-deductible. Contribution limits and reporting requirements apply per FEC regulations.
Mobile Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from House Conservatives. House Conservatives is currently establishing its SMS program. When our program launches, message frequency will vary and you may receive recurring messages related to our work. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, and reply HELP for help. You may also opt out or get help by contacting contact@house-conservatives.com.
House Conservatives does not yet have a CTIA-registered shortcode. Once our shortcode is provisioned, these terms will be updated to identify the shortcode and confirm the active sending program. Numbers collected before the program launches will be eligible to receive messages once it goes live, subject to the consent and opt-out terms above.

Intellectual Property
Original content on this Site, including text, logos, and software, is the property of House Conservatives. Some images, including candidate photos, may be sourced from Wikimedia Commons or other third parties under applicable licenses (e.g., Creative Commons, public domain). Such content remains subject to its original license terms. You may not reproduce or distribute our original content without prior written consent.
Use of Name and Likeness
References to candidates, officeholders, or other public figures on this Site are made for political, informational, and educational purposes. The use of any name, image, or likeness does not imply endorsement of House Conservatives by that individual. Candidate information is provided for informational purposes and sourced from public FEC filings.
